<p><strong>BOULDER, Colorado -</strong> <a
href="http://www.confio.com/">Confio<sup>™</sup>&nbsp;Software</a>,
the makers of the award-winning Ignite performance analysis
software tool, was selected by&nbsp;<a
href="http://www.aditime.com/" target="_blank" title="ADI Time">ADI
Time</a>&nbsp;for a comprehensive SQL Server performance management
solution. ADI Time is a national leader in cloud computing time and
attendance management software-as-a-service (SaaS) for
small-to-mid-sized businesses, and divisions of large
enterprises.</p>

<p>Because ADI Times offers a 24x7 SaaS solution, it cannot afford
unscheduled downtime. To maintain this level of availability, the
company requires a software tool to give them better visibility
into its SQL Server environment. Ignite from Confio allows ADI Time
to detect performance issues before they start through wait-time
analysis, which finds bottlenecks affecting performance.</p>

<p>"As a result of the Ignite implementation, ADI Time has
delivered our time and attendance services to our clients more
efficiently and reliably," said Todd Giaquinto, chief technology
officer for ADI Time. "Having the right tools in place helps us
avoid unexpected firedrills so we can focus on our core job of
delivering innovative SaaS solutions."</p>

<p>Ignite helps DBAs, developers and DBA managers identify,
analyze, and resolve the most complex and costly performance
problems affecting applications and users. Ignite goes beyond basic
server health metrics to build a complete server performance
picture using response-time analysis and historical trend analysis.
Ignite is available for SQL Server, Oracle, VMware, Sybase and DB2
environments.</p>

<p>"ADI Time has a unique offering in its market: a SaaS-based
solution that takes the burden of managing a time and attendance
solution off their customers' plates. However in order for that
solution to be successful, ADI Time needs a near flawless SQL
Server environment," said Bryan Applegate, account manager for
Confio. "Ignite helps ADI Time achieve the high level of service it
requires to keep its clients happy."</p>

<p><strong>BOULDER , Colorado -</strong> Confio™ Software, the
makers of the award-winning Ignite8 performance analysis software
tool, today announced the general availability of IgniteVM, the
first software designed specifically for database administrators
(DBAs) to monitor and ensure database performance in a VMware
environment. By offering DBAs an unprecedented level of visibility
beyond the database and into the virtual server layers, IgniteVM
reduces the risk of database performance issues and connects IT
directors, VMWare administrators and DBAs to help ensure a
successful physical to virtual (P2V) transition.</p>

<p>"Despite the cost advantages of moving databases to a virtual
environment, the risk of performance and availability problems
often delay P2V transition plans," said Matt Larson, CEO and
founder of Confio. "However, with Oracle and Microsoft's
endorsement of virtual databases, P2V will happen more frequently.
IT managers need IgniteVM to give their DBAs the visibility to
troubleshoot and ensure a smooth transition to virtual
environments."</p>

<p>Virtual environments have different management requirements than
physical servers. DBAs and VMware administrators typically work in
their own isolated technical "silos" and use tools dedicated to
their needs. In surveys, fewer than 20 percent of DBAs reported
having even limited visibility or experience with monitoring of the
virtual server on which their databases run, and have no access to
VMware vCenter. This lack of visibility beyond the database can
hamstring DBAs in their efforts to react to the rapidly changing
virtual server environment, increasing the risk of performance
problems or outages.</p>

<p>"In our experience, migration of production databases to VMware
continues to accelerate in 2011. &nbsp;A key success factor in
these migrations is the ability to maintain performance and
availability. Products and best practices that help ensure
performance and availability will be an important part of a
successful virtualization project," according to Nathan Biggs, CEO
of&nbsp;<a href="http://www.houseofbrick.com/"
target="_blank">House of Brick Technologies</a>, a service provider
widely recognized for its expertise in transitioning Oracle and
other databases to VMware platforms.</p>

<p>IgniteVM reduces risk and increases visibility by combining the
essential database response monitoring available in Confio's
award-winning Ignite8 tool with non-intrusive VMware visibility.
This level of visibility ultimately increases cross departmental
cooperation between DBAs and VMware administrators, enabling both
teams to adapt to challenges of the VMware virtualized datacenter
and paving the way for IT management to speed the successful P2V
transition and maintain performance after the move.</p>

<p>IgniteVM is agentless, with no software installed on production
databases, virtual servers or vCenter. To learn how IgniteVM can
help ensure success in your database-to-VMware initiative, visit<a

<p><strong>BOULDER, Colorado -</strong>&nbsp;Confio™ Software, the

would not be as successful as we are today."</p>

<p>Confio Software develops database performance solutions that
improve service and reduce the cost of operating databases and the

response-time analysis in its flagship product Ignite8 helps

<p>"We are pleased to recognize Confio for their outstanding
contribution to fueling the economic fire of our wonderful state.
Thank you Confio!" says Stephanie Steffens, Colorado Companies to
Watch program director.</p>

<p>Colorado Companies to Watch is different from other awards
programs. Because the program focuses on our entire state, and not
specific industries, it provides an opportunity to paint a
realistic picture of a true statewide economy. Since applicants are
evaluated on more than growth, it widens the playing field to
companies not often recognized for the critical differences they
make in their industry, their community, region and our state.</p>

BOULDER, Colo. -</strong>Confio™ Software, the makers of the
award-winning Ignite performance analysis software tool, today
announced the addition of B2B technology sales veteran Jon Freeman
to its senior management team as the Vice President of Sales.
Freeman brings over twenty years of consistent top sales production
and executive management experience to the position along with a
successful record for business development in a variety of
high-tech verticals and industries. In his new role at Confio,
Freeman will be responsible for managing the company's ever-growing
sales team while also spearheading Confio's continued expansion
into new territories, channels and vertical industries.</p>

<p
style="margin: 0px 0px 12px; padding: 0px; border-width: 0px; outline-width: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; list-style-type: none;">
"As more IT organizations turn to database and VMware monitoring
tools to help improve their company's performance and reduce the
cost of IT operations, we realized that we needed a dedicated sales
executive to help lead our sales and business development efforts
through the next phase of Confio's growth," said Matt Larson, CEO
and founder of Confio. "Jon's extensive experience and expertise as
a top sales manager working with some of the high-tech world's

Freeman most recently served as area vice president for Xirrus,
Inc., a global manufacturer and provider of innovative Wi-Fi
products and services. During his nearly seven-year tenure with
Xirrus, Freeman was responsible for helping to build the company's
OEM program and expand sales efforts, ultimately increasing the
company's top-line growth by 300% while managing a team of regional
managers and engineers. Prior to joining Xirrus, Freeman was a

<p
style="margin: 0px 0px 12px; padding: 0px; border-width: 0px; outline-width: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; list-style-type: none;">
"Confio was the first company to recognize the need to improve
database performance through the measurement of user process wait
times. That type of innovative and custom-centric thinking - backed
by a team of experienced senior DBAs and engineers who focus solely
on automated root cause analysis - made Confio a perfect fit for
me. I look forward to joining Confio's executive team and helping
the company continue to exceed growth projections," said
